New services for travelers

Since the beginning of summer, the Port of Calais offers new services to travelers who have chosen to extend their holidays a little further by taking a mini-ferry cruise to return to Great Britain.
A food-truck, an itinerant catering service, criss-crosses the terminal's various boarding areas and offers, every day and throughout the day, French and British specialties: coffee, croissants, soft drinks, hamburgers, sandwiches ...

Free smartphone charging stations have been installed throughout the terminal. Last-generation snack and snack vending machines with contactless or English-language credit card payment took place at all service points. No more money problems!

And a new Web Application "Calais Port" (www.m.porboulognecalais.fr) has been put into service. It contains practical information and also a geolocation system allowing travelers to locate the various services around him.

And finally, our four-legged friends have not been forgotten, several “dog zones” have been installed in different places of the terminal.

The port of Calais pays particular attention to the quality of the welcome and comfort of travelers and will continue its efforts by offering other services in the coming months
