The Port Boulogne Calais teams have been working hard for Octobre Rose and Movember

€5,000  for Sein'Vestir and 1, 2, 3 Moustaches

Thanks to the involvement of our employees, Port Boulogne Calais was pleased to make a donation of €2,500 to the representatives of each of the two associations in Calais and Boulogne, which are working to raise awareness of male and female cancers.

Nearly 20% of our employees took part in the online challenge offered from 19 October to 15 November in support of the causes of Pink October and Movember. Together, they covered 10,500 km  and took more than 19 million steps!

➡️Lundi afternoon, Benoit Rochet, Managing Director, presented the cheque to the 1, 2, 3 Moustaches association represented by Doctor Ziadé and this Wednesday morning, it was Alain Cailler, Deputy Director of the Port of Boulogne-sur-Mer who did the same with the Sein'Vestir association represented by Mr Dausque, surrounded by the employees who took part in the challenge.

As well as supporting these major causes, the aim was also to encourage group cohesion, bring employees together around a common cause and, above all, raise awareness among our teams of the health benefits of physical activity.
