Sugar terminal
It covers an area of over 1 hectare.
The north quay of the Henri Ravisse basin is equipped with two silos with a total capacity of 67,000 tonnes for the storage and handling of sugar (a bagging and unloading unit on board ships).
Cable terminal
It covers an area of 2,150 m².
The south quay of the Henri Ravisse basin is equipped with a specialised gangway for loading submarine cables.
This gangway is powered by an underground duct connecting the quay directly to the Alcatel Lucent production unit located in the immediate vicinity of the port.
Bulk terminals
Carnot flood basin
Restricted by tidal schedules, it handles small-scale bulk cargo (petroleum coke, estuary sand, riprap, pumice stones) and conventional cargo (electrodes):
- Length: 1,200 linear metres of quays.
- Capacity: lock dimensions length 113.5 m, width 21 m.
- Handling: 2 mobile cranes with a capacity of 22 tonnes, 2 mobile cranes with a capacity of 15 tonnes.
Paul Devot Quay (rear harbour)
It handles various goods.
- Length: 190 m, draught: 9 m.
- Capacity: 1 berth
- Handling: 2 cranes with a capacity of 15 tonnes.
- Storage: 5,000 m² warehouse.
