Boulogne Calais Port complies with the rules for public orders and specifies its quality requirements in the contract.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of French Decree 2005-1308 of 20 October 2005 for contracts placed by the awarding entities mentioned in Article 4 of official order 2005-649 of 6 June 2005 relating to contracts placed by certain public or private entities not subject to the "Code des Marchés Publics" (Public Contract Law), Boulogne Calais Port has allowed the tender documents to be made available electronically at the address: marches-publics.gouv.fr 

Boulogne Calais Port accepts the electronic transmission of tenders. They shall be transmitted in conditions allowing authentication of the applicant's signature according to the requirements in Articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the French Code of Civil Law and in the manner set out in the tender documents.
