SPASER: A sustainable and responsible purchasing policy:

Port Boulogne Calais wishes to promote sustainable and responsible public procurement that contributes to social progress, environmental protection and enhancement, and the economic development of all stakeholders involved.

This Socially and Environmentally Responsible Procurement Promotion Scheme (SPASER) sets out the main objectives of Port Boulogne Calais’ sustainable procurement policy, while prioritising dialogue and consultation with local economic stakeholders. Particular attention is paid to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in order to facilitate their access to public procurement.

Port Boulogne Calais accepts bids submitted electronically. These bids are submitted under conditions that allow the candidate’s signature to be authenticated in accordance with the requirements set out in Articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the Civil Code and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the consultation rules.

Relevant legal texts:The provisions of Order No. 2018-1074 of 26 November 2018 on the legislative part of the Public Procurement Code apply to public contracts and contracts covered by Order No. No. 2015-899 of 23 July 2015 on public contracts for which a consultation has been initiated or a call for competition has been sent for publication as of 1 April. 2019.
