Our Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) policy

Port Boulogne Calais has embarked on an ambitious certification programme to guarantee the highest quality of service to our customers while ensuring the sustainability of our activities and the well-being of our teams.

Since 2019, it has become the only European port to meet the standard for its management systems in terms of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at work and Food Safety across all its activities and sites.

In 2025, our organisation obtained ISO 50001 certification, rewarding our efforts and commitment to reducing our energy consumption, thereby helping to reduce our environmental footprint. In four years, Port Boulogne Calais has reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by 25%.

Port Boulogne Calais has opted for a half-yearly rather than an annual audit in order to ensure the continuous improvement of its organisation and provide the best possible service to its customers and partners.
