Ethical principles for working with confidence
Port Boulogne Calais operates on the basis of a set of core values and beliefs.
We felt it was essential to share these fundamental values, which are recognised by all, with all stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) in order to strengthen our shared objectives and the development of our activities.
This is the purpose of our ethical charter, which describes the principles of action that must guide the behaviour of employees, directors, corporate officers, etc. in all circumstances and defines the framework for developing a culture of trust and integrity within the company.
Although for most of us these values are implicit, given the size of the Company’s workforce, it was important to set out the rules that apply to everyone in a single document.
Port Boulogne Calais provides its employees and partners with an alert system for reporting any behaviour that does not comply with the principles of its ethics charter.
