Passenger services
The Port of Calais offers travelers services before and after boarding checks. The ferry terminal, at the entrance to the port, is recognisable by its ochre cladding, designed as a tribute to the famous Calais lace.
- Before recording:

A self-service restaurant called “Le Bistrot du Port” is located in the old terminal, a few minutes from the ferry terminal – open for lunch only.
- After check-in and border controls:
At the Channel Tunnel terminal, take advantage of the many services available in the Calais building – home to the Duty Free Store and Calais Coffee Shop – as well as at our various service points.
